新橋の居酒屋なべやと手打ち蕎麦のときそばがコラボした、GW限定の豚肉竜田揚げとせいろを食べに行く。
¥1,300
蕎麦前にお勧めの福島の特別純米酒 国権頂く。
よく冷えていて、サラリとした味わいで、私にはもう少し辛口の方が良かったな。((*´∀｀*))
蕎麦味噌をお願いするも、今日はないという。(T^T)
先付けがあるので、それで一杯やる事にする。
先付けは、明太子豆腐と小松菜のお浸し。
小松菜のお浸しがシャキシャキした茹で加減で、よく冷えていて美味しかった。
お酒がなくなる頃に、蕎麦到着。竜田揚げと大根おろしが入ったみぞれ汁仕立てで、これは美味しい❗️竜田揚げの脂をおろしがまろやかにしてくれて、5枚ほどあったかな。竜田揚げも柔らかくて美味しい。
蕎麦は二八の手打ちだが、これもコシが有って旨い❗️
せいろ二枚重ねで、まあまあのボリューム。
久しぶりに美味しい蕎麦を頂きました。(´＾ё＾｀)
美味かったので、レギュラーメニューにして欲しいと頼んでみた。( ´_>` )ﾊｯﾊｯﾊｯ
お勘定は、お酒と先付けを入れて¥2,300ほど。
