鶏ガラスープとの相性もバッチリですね♪
とても上品なスープです。
続いてチャーシューを〜

バラ肉のチャーシューが4枚入っています。
肉厚に切られたチャーシューは
食べ応え十分。
脂身も美味しいですね。
続いてタケノコを〜
旨旨。
少し筋が残っているタケノコ。
メンマの代わりに使っている様。
味が滲み出て美味しいです。
続いて麺を〜
旨旨。
加水率高めの縮れ麺です。
少し麺が短いです。
スープの持ち上げもよく、
このラーメンには
合っているのかな。
黄色い卵麺でも合いそうですね。
途中からホワイトペッパーを投入。
少しの味変ができるのもイイですね♪

強いて言うなら、
シンプルな味だけに、
味変アイテムがもう少し欲しかったかも。
