店主は鯛茶漬けで著名な店で修行するなど、和食18年の経験があります。 |
ラーメン(塩)に味付け卵と鯛つみれをトッピングして、半鯛飯。
細ストレート麺は少しちぢれ気味で魚介系のキリッとしたスープによく馴染む。ふわっとした食感の鯛つみれは味が染み込み、旨み抜群。器に注ぎ口があり、鯛飯にスープを注ぎ込む。
鯛のほぐし身が入り、鯛茶を楽しむ。何度も楽しめるスープに感動。
味変しながら、最高の時間。
