11:22 到着。外待ち無く入店。食券を購入し店員さんに渡して、お盆にお手拭きの置いてある席に座るよう案内される。

テーブルのみ18席。先客7人。
11:28 着丼。
スープに細ちぢれ麺、炙りチャーシューが1枚、味玉、海老団子、白髪ネギ、水菜、メンマ、糸唐辛子が配置。
スープは濃厚鯛出汁にやや強めの塩味だがとても美味しい。麺は細く歯切れ良く好みの感じです。炙りチャーシューは香ばしく身はホロホロとほぐれ、海老団子は薄味でぷりぷり、味玉、メンマも調和を感じる美味しさ。スープを鯛飯にかけていただくと鯛と良い塩味で美味しい。トッピングのわさびを試してみたくなりました。今度は、つけ麺も食べてみたくなりました。
