私にとって銀笹は大当たりでもあり大はずれでもあります。チャーシューと卵は一流でしたが、スープは少し物足りなく、鯛ご飯は正直がっかりしました。ご飯は固く、鯛もほとんど入っていませんでした。再訪するならラーメンを強くおすすめしますが、ご飯は避けるでしょう。お店自体は素敵で、スタッフもとても親切です。この失望は、おそらくご飯の評判が非常に高かったためでしょう。
To me Ginzasa is a huge hit AND miss. While the char siu and egg were top-notch, the soup was a little underwhelming and the Tai rice was downright a disappointment. The rice was hard and there was barely any Tai I would most definitely recommend the ramen but would skip the rice if I were to visit again. The store itself is lovely, and the staff are also very nice, the disappointment probably stems from the exceedingly good reputation of the rice.
