サラリーマンの聖地、新橋を半世紀見守り続ける新橋駅前ビルの地下に、雑誌「大人の週末」に取り上げられた絶品「とん平焼き」が。
溶き卵でオムレツのように仕上げるのではなく、半熟の目玉焼きの状態で、あげ玉とネギをかけ、豚バラで包むだけ。
粉が入っていないので、見た目よりもペロリと食べられてしまう。
高級鉄板焼きで修行した料理長が焼く広島焼きは都内随一の味。
広島焼きのその辺の老舗有名店より断然美味しいです。
