蕎麦で〆られず！w
相変わらず、こちらは焼き鳥使いになってますね（苦笑
この日は井上尚弥の世界バンダム級王者統一戦
ポール・バトラーとの試合があったので、
どうしてもそれを見逃すまいと、しかぁ～し！
前座の進行具合で、いつ試合が始まるか判らない！
…ということで、取り合えず、Wifi下でdTVを
観られるところが良い＆アラカルトでいつでも
席を立てるお店が良い、とのことで、こちらにｗ
いゃ、ほんとヘタな焼き鳥屋さんよりも、
使い勝手良い上に、焼き鳥もちゃんとしてて
重宝するのですよねぇ～コロナ禍でもお世話になりました。
ですが、この日も予想以上に前座の試合が
猛スピードで終了してしまい、既に食事の途中で
井上尚弥の試合が始まりそうになり、
急いでお会計っ！デカいスクリーンのあるお店へ
移動だすっ！…ということで、この日も締め蕎麦食べられず（苦笑
ご馳走様でしたぁ～☆彡
次回こそは蕎麦で〆たいと思いますｗ

こちらのグループは、オーナーさんがやり手なのか、どこのお店も繁盛しております。
例にもれず？こちらも満員御礼っ☆このご時世の勝ち組ってヤツでしょうか。
カウンター、焼き手直ぐ隣でしたので、ガラス越しに焼いてるのも見えて面白い。
テンポよく出せるので、焼き鳥はコースを勧められはしましたが、今回はアラカルトで。
しかも、特にアラカルトでも待たされることは無く、スムーズにお料理供して貰えました。
焼き鳥屋らしく、お通し・突き出しは生野菜。
焼き鳥以外の１品も、色々あって良いですね。
焼き鳥もけっこうイケます。
印象的だったのは、つくねに付いてくる黄身が「キンカン」で、皮を串で破って、黄身ぶしゃーって出す仕組み？ｗ
店名、コンセプトに背いて？蕎麦は食べませんでしたが、フツーに飲み食いできる良心店です。

The staff was considerate even though I was pressed for time. The counter is always in this fixed position (lol) Obanzai, order one dish and soba first. ・Shirataki mentaiko dressing: Serve each person separately. ・Fruit tomatoes ・Salt liver yukke Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), I want them to be served first.・Liver: I really like this doneness♡. ・Nagoya Cochin thigh meat ・Hearts: Salt and pepper (strong taste of monosodium glutamate) ・Gizzards: It's drizzled with truffle oil. ・Tsukune: Split kumquats and serve with yolk sauce・Skin: Very simple ・Asparagus: Crispy and delicious ♪ Just when the soba came and it was over, Dorami asked for one more skewer and added it. ・Seseri I had it for the first time. The soba noodles at the end had a unique soup! It was thin like a kelp soup stock. Surprising. What is this? You can gulp it down normally. The soba itself had a weak soba flavor, which was a bit of a disappointment. As expected. I decided that it would be better to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) here and finish with soba noodles. Was it my imagination that the bill was more expensive than I expected?! lol 4 cups of black oolong high and a moderate soda I'm sure he only drank about 3 cups... Is it because of Dorami's increasing appetite lately that he ordered too much? That's not the case. The menu that doesn't have a price written on it must be scary? lol Anyways?!
