蕎麦の食べ方
江戸のファーストフード。サクサクと粋にいただくもの。お昼にお腹に溜まる事を期待してはいけない。そう言い聞かせても、すぐお腹空いちゃうのね。でも、定期的に食べたくなる。この味わい日本だけですよね。幸せ。
ランチ鴨せいろをお願いします。早いです。そしてあっという間に完食。しっかり冷えた蕎麦。香りは少し弱め。美味しい。蕎麦湯はあっさり薄め。ご馳走さま。
少し足りない。

コロナの余波で久しぶりの蕎麦。思わず大盛りにしてしまいました。いつ来ても美味しい。そして大盛りでも途中でだれる事なくシャキッとしていてこれまた美味しい。付いてる天ぷらは竹の子、ブロッコリー、南瓜。ここ天ぷらも美味しいね。この夏何回来れるかな。
