先月も築地のぐうで牛タンを食べましたが、また食べたくなったので、これまた近所にある新橋ぐうに行くことに。
烏森神社の脇、新橋らしい路地裏にあります。いつも通りハッピーアワーの時間に入ったので（17時から18時半まで）、まずはジムビームのハイボールで乾杯。濃い味でうま〜い。220円で飲めるんだから幸せの限り。新橋店の名物豆苗のナムルをおつまみに一杯。
続いて極みタン。厚切りでなので、ジュウジュウするまで焼いても、外はサクッと、中はジューシーなあじわいになり。これこれ。これを食べたくてぐうにきたんだ。
次も必ず食べる、極みハラミ。肉汁たっぷり、柔らかくて味わい深い。やっぱハラミもうまいなー、この2品を食べたら大満足。
まだまだハッピーアワーなので、ウーロンハイを注文。これまた220円、焼き肉でウーロンハイが安く飲めるのはありがたい。ヘルシー&消化の助けになるので。
ホルモンも食べたいからハチノスとヤンを注文。脂たっぷりのシマチョウもいいけど、モツの香りがするハチノスとか大好き。子供の頃から食べ慣れた味だからなのか。。。
ハチノスは軽く炙って、ヤンはよく焼いてカリカリしたら食べ頃。味噌だれに負けぬよう、角ハイを追加。キンキンに冷えたハイボールとホルモン、美味いに決まってる、最高。
だいぶ満足してきたので、そろそろ締めることに。昔に比べ食べなくなったなー、肉4枚にホルモン2品って前菜レベルだったのに。あと大盛りご飯も食べなくなった。
いつも通り冷麺を注文、これをツルツル啜るのがやっぱ1番かな。優しいスープで程よい満腹感。最後に暖かいお茶を頂いて終了。
18時をすぎると、どんどんお客さんが入ってきて、あっという間に満席。どこのぐうに行っても、やっぱり人気があって混雑しますね。また、次回もハッピーアワーにこよう。ごちそうさまでした。
