「ぐう」でのハッピーアワーに出会って以来、
私の中で「ぐう」密度が上がっております。
もうね、定期的に「極タン」が食べたくなるのよ。
やめられぬのよ。
炭火焼ホルモン ぐう 新橋
新橋の「ぐう」は路地裏にあります。
この辺り、面白いお店がいろいろあって好きなのよねー。
お店の入り口では卓上コンロ用の炭が用意されていました。
炭火焼の焼肉はいつもちょっと贅沢な気分が味わえて良いです。
1杯目は「真空生搾りレモンサワー」
ハッピーアワーなので1杯220YENです。
レモンの皮のビターな感じがまたたまらんのであります。
お肉も進むしね。
サービスのキャベツとネギをいただきながら、（お代わりまでできる！）
いつもの「茗荷の青唐漬け」をオーダーです。
キャベツの上に茗荷を載せて食べるのが私流。
ドレッシングもありますが、ネギにもしっかり味がついているのでドレッシングいらずでキャベツがたくさん食べられます。
お肉の1皿目はもちろん「極タン」
お子様と来ると奪い合いになるので（我が家のお子は「極タン」を1人で2皿食べるんですよ…）、のんびり食べられるだけで至高のお時間です。
タンの厚みも歯ごたえもサイズ感も言うことなし！

（濃厚でおいしい。辛いお肉にも合う赤ワインです）
お連れさまはお連れさまで延々ホルモンを食べておられましたが、私の今回の目的は「盛岡冷麺」だったので、お肉は少しセーブしました。
焼肉の〆は冷麺！これは譲れません！
さっくり食べたつもりが、いつの間にか2時間近く。
お店はお客さんでいっぱいになっていましたよ。
今日も「ぐう」の「極タン」が食べられて大満足でございました。
