ホテルから数分のところに見つけました。日曜日の早朝のビジネス街で朝食にありつけたのはありがたいですね。
さて、気分が良くなったところで豪勢に朝のかき揚げうどんに生卵トッピングです。ネギ、天かす入れ放題なのも嬉しいです。出来上がりはかなり豪華になりました。
うどんはそこそこ固いです。つゆは特に特徴なく、普通の感じです。たまごを溶いて、天かすがふやけたところに生姜を投入してみました。ん？味が変わらない。やはり生のすりおろし生姜ではないので、２袋入れても変化なしでした。
朝の空腹が満たせたのでありがたいです。
