味覚といえば麻婆豆腐ですが、米しか今まで選んでいなかったので刀削麺を選んでみました！
別盛りで運ばれてきて、自分でつけ麺スタイルです。
味が絡むかというと、味覚の粘度高めな麻婆豆腐にはなかなか絡みませんが、麻婆豆腐のお供としては刀削麺ありです。まず刀削麺自体も美味しい！
コシがある刀削麺はそれ自体は小麦粉の香りがする程度ですので、お供がお米ではない気分の時は刀削麺いいかもです。
