久しぶりに、広島風お好み焼きを食べました。
ランチは、ドリンク付きでこの値段。
安い！！
WEB上の情報では、「2丁目店」って表記されているのが多いですが、
店先の看板には、「2号店」になってます。
『ヒロシマ大衆鉄板酒場 ちんちくりん 新橋2号店』
カープファンの憩いの場、それとも、たまたまなのか、
リーマン風のお客さんが多い中、赤いTシャツ姿の方もちらほら。
鉄板前のカウンター席へ案内されて。
やっぱ、ここがベスポジでしょう。
4種類の麺の中から好きな物をチョイス出来ます。
オフ日なら、「イカ天」トッピングに生ビーなんですけど・・・
ジンジャエールが先に出て来て。
■広島お好み焼き（めん入り） ランチセット ソフトドリンク付き 750円
目の前の鉄板上にあるお好み焼きをヘラで切り分けて。
キャベツたっぷり、もやしたっぷり。
青海苔と胡麻もたっぷり。
カリカリの板状の豚バラ肉。
オタフクソースの芳ばしい香り。
最初は、そのままで。
途中から、激辛オタフクソースをかけて。
マヨもかけたりして。
やや細めの蒸し麺の食感も良い！！
あっと言う間に1枚ペロリと。
うまかったなぁ～～。
さて、明日から3日間、初めて広島へ旅行に行って来ます。
台風が気になるところですが、本場のお好み焼き、楽しみ、楽しみ。。
