新橋、SL広場から内幸町方面に向かい、路地に入るとあります広島焼きのお店。広島お好み焼きランチ850円ドリンク付きの看板を見て、入店致しますと、カウンター席に案内されますお一人様。お好み焼きランチと告げると、カウンター下のタブレットを渡され、ランチセットのタブから、麺を選択するように指示があり、生めん、むしめん、辛めん、うどんの麺４種類から、うどんを選択すると、１０種類程度のドリンクの選択肢があり、烏龍茶を選択すると、トップ画面になり、右上の点滅をタップしないと注文が完了しません官僚的な対応ですが、直ぐにウーロン茶が酎ハイジョッキで来ます。お客さまが入店すると、鉄板の端に用意されている渥美半島のキャベツが鉄板の中央に移され、調理が開始するベースに、注文完了後に、キャベツの横で炒められる麺、これに卵と豚肉が追加され、７分で、お好み焼きが目の前の鉄板に置かれます。塗られたソースは甘いので、唐辛子を振り、激辛ソースも使い頂きますと、山盛りキャベツが柔らかく、うどんも量がありますが、麺類は腹に溜まらないなと感じる滞在時間18分でした。
