久しぶりにギンザ9の地下を歩き、
はとややわらじなど懐かしい店を見ながら歩いていると、
新しい装いのお店が目につきました。
和（かず）という和食処です。
写真入りの定食メニューがお店の前に掲げてあり、
その写真んいあるカツの衣の色がきれいなのに誘われ
思わず店内に入りました。
注文したのは、チキンむねフライ定食700円！と瓶ビール（中瓶）600円。
チキンむねフライ定食は、写真の通り、いや写真以上に美しい・・。
縦10センチ、横4センチ、厚さ1センチ弱ほどのフライが4枚、
キャベツの千切り少しと明太子入りタルタルソースが付いていました。
その他、冷奴、細切りたくあん、味噌汁、ご飯です。
フライは、サクサクと軽やかに揚がっていて、程よい厚さで柔らかく、
肉の味もよく、とてもおいしかったです。
最初にブルドッグの中濃ソースをつけて食べ、
続いてタルタルソースを載せて食べましたが、中濃ソースだけの方がおいしかったです。
味噌汁、そして特にご飯が炊き具合を含めてもおいしかったです。
ボリュームも十分。ごちそうさまでした。
