銀座方面ランチ探訪。銀座ナイン２号館地下食堂街
銀座通りと御門通りの交差点、博品館から徒歩３分。
銀座の昭和な食堂街で銀だらの西京焼きランチ１１００円
頂きました♪
今月この食堂街のお店をいろいろリサーチしていて
思ったのは提供される料理の住み分けがかなりしっかり
分かれている感じ。
こちらは焼き魚・煮魚・魚介フライ中心で少し豚生姜焼き焼を焼いたりしてます。お客さんも心得ていてほとんどの方はお魚メニュー選択されているようです。
焼き魚１5分ほど待ちました。やはり焼き物は手間と時間かかりますでも景色はとても美味しそうでふっくら焼き加減良きです。小鉢の厚焼き玉子カットと冷奴とお新香。
ご飯はちょうど炊き立てでホカホカです。
味噌汁は 保温魔法瓶からの注ぎでしたが悪くないです。
明太子セット９００円が人気で結構出てました。
次回は明太子セットかも(^^♪
ごちそうさまでした。
