新橋にある焼肉「秀苑天」に初訪問。
今回はいつもの焼肉ランチを狙わずにアラカルトメニューにしました。
宮崎安楽牛専門店で契約農家直送とこだわりのあるお店で期待は高まる。
まずはライス、秀苑サラダ、ワカメスープを注文。
種類豊富に野菜が入っており味も良い⭕️
ワカメスープもいい味。
注文したお肉は秀苑カルビ&ロース、自身初の宮崎牛、お肉のランクとしては高くないものの肉質、柔らかさ、甘味は抜群でこれまで食べてきた黒毛和牛でも今まで味わった感覚のないある意味新鮮に感じました。
もう一品はホルモン5点盛り、全て新鮮でホルモンから出る甘味も印象的、特にレバーは抜群の甘さで生でいただけたらなぁと考えるほどでレバーの美味しいお店はリピート確定
次に来店することがあれば上あたりいってみたい。
