その日その時食べたいものを食べるという方針で、生きてます。
この日は、お肉気分が、頭じゅうを満たしてきたお昼どき。食べログで、新橋の高得点の店に行くことにしました。
今回のお店 ◎秀苑天
エレベーターでフロアに向かい、扉が開くと、いきなり、宮崎牛のレリーフ!宮崎牛をウリにしているお店で、入り口あたりは、サイン入り色紙が、壁一面に、ぎっしり飾られておりました。
入店し、すぐに通されたのは、窓際のテーブル席。
卓上には、すでに、カセットコンロがセット、焼肉専用のは、初めて見ました。
◆ 宮崎牛豚鶏の三点盛り 1100円
すぐに、お茶と韓国海苔が提供。
つづいて、料理の着膳。
メインの肉(牛、豚、鶏)、大盛りご飯、スープ、サラダ、ぜんまいナムル、キムチ、焼肉タレ
焼肉定食でのルーチンは、まず、キムチやナムルで、ご飯を食べること。推定300gのご飯は、炊き上がり良好でナイス。
さあ、焼肉を実食。
牛肉は、強い火力ですぐに焼け、タレをつけ、食べます。やや甘めのタレが肉の旨みを引き立てます。
ワカメ入り中華スープは、量たっぷりアツアツなのも嬉しい。
豚肉は、良く焼いて食べましょう。脂分は、少なく、歯応えが心地よい。
鶏肉は、ししとうとネギと一緒に焼きます。
地鶏なのでしょうか?歯応えが、かなりあります。
こういうのは、大歓迎!
フレンチドレッシングのかかったサラダは、レタスがメイン。もっと沢山食べたかったくらいの美味さ。
韓国海苔は、パックに、10枚くらい入っていて、
ご飯に3枚乗せて食べ、残りは、そのまま、ポリポリ、塩分と海苔の風味が合わさって、これは大当たり!
最後に、お茶を飲み干して、ランチ終了。
とても、満足度の高い焼肉ランチでした。再訪確定、ごちそうさま。
