薄手の生地ながら耳はカリっとしてもっちり。フレッシュなトマトソース、たっぷりモッツァレラにバジルの風味と、味のバランスが最高な一枚
ランチタイムは生麺を使ったパスタも提供しているので、そっちも食べてみたいなと、、、、

新橋駅近くの路地裏ピッツェリア。
ランチでも本格薪窯焼きのナポリピッツァをいただけるとのことで寄ってみました。
ピッツアの他にパスタもありランチは単品で¥1000〜スープやらドリンク類は¥100とリーズナブル。
注文は、本日のピッツァ（ベーコン・ナス・トマトソース）¥1000、アイスコーヒー¥100
生地の焼ける香ばしい薫りが食欲をそそるピッツァは、薄手の生地に風味の良いベーコンとナスがたっぷり。フレッシュなトマトソースで「飲める」ピッツァに仕上がってます。卓上の唐辛子オイルの辛味が良く合いますね。
若いスタッフさん達はテキパキと無駄のない動き。食後のアイスコーヒーもタイミングよくサーブされ、とても気持ちの良いランチでした。ごちそうさまでした。
