新橋・イタリアンレストラン「A.te」の2号店「A.te Notte（アテ ノッテ）」。
烏森神社近くの飲み屋さん街の一角、路地裏にあります。
「A.te」とはイタリア語で「あなたに」、関西で「おつまみ」の意味。その両方をかけているそうです。「A.te」が閉店してしまったので残念に思っていたら、駅にあるフリーペーパーに、こちらのランチの記事を見つけたので早速伺ってみました。
ランチメニューは、パスタ2種、ドライカレー、パワーサラダランチ。自家製フォカッチャ、季節野菜のサラダが付きます。
私は、パスタから、“スルメイカと大葉、ドライトマトのスパゲッテイ”をお願いしました。
【サラダ】
「季節野菜のサラダ」
お皿いっぱいに敷き詰められたサラダ。トレビスやレタスの上には、人参のみじん切り、ふかしジャガイモ、サツマイモ、カボチャのフリット、ブロッコリーなど多種多彩。コクのあるフレンチドレッシングがかかっていました。どのお店もこのくらいお野菜があるといいですね。
【パン】
「自家製フォカッチャ」
厚切り二枚のフォカッチャは、ふわふわのパンドミ系。
【パスタ】
「スルメイカと大葉、ドライトマトのスパゲッテイ」
イカの濃厚な旨味と香りをしっかり効かせたパスタ。大葉、ドライトマトを加えて爽やかさを、唐辛子も入っていてほんの少し辛味もあります。パスタはアルデンテで麺そのものも美味しい。火入れも良いし、素材の持ち味の活かし方がいいですね。
量は大盛りにすればよかったかも。
人通り少ないと思ったのですが、お隣は、行列のできる定食屋さん“舞浜”でした。シェフ兼店長さんのお姉さんもにこやかに応対してくださったし、ボリュームもあって、かなりお勧めです。（ランチ営業の期間については未定だそう）
