新橋方面ランチ探訪。銀座博品館から徒歩3分に
ある銀座ナイン2号館地下にある食堂 わらじ家さん
で焼肉定食780円と野菜煮物300円頂きました♪
銀座ナイン2には、名物店舗がひしめく美味しい処
わらじ家さんの向かいが、茶碗蒸しが名物の吉宗さん
があり、すごい行列です(^_^;)。
わらじ家さんの暖簾をくぐると、懐かしい昭和の
大衆食堂の良き風景♪ Ｌ字カウンターを囲む
形でキッチンがあり、カウンターの上には手作りの
煮びたし、煮物がいろいろ大皿に載って美味しそう！
メニュー表には、焼き魚・煮魚・焼き肉などのベース
となる定食があり、単品で大皿から小分けするおかず
メニューがいろいろ並んでいます。
定食は 基本を押さえていてこれでも十分なんですが、
野菜の煮ものがとても美味しそうなので追加。
こういうの大好き！！
焼き肉は 牛肉ではなく豚肉で甘辛い醤油ベースの
たれで焼いてます。山盛り、ざく切りキャベツと共に
ボリュームあるメインです。(;^_^A
煮物は、人参・レンコン・蒟蒻・ごぼう・はんぺん
さつま揚げと出汁がしゅんだ醤油ベースの味醂の照り
がそそる絶対美味しい味付け♪ご飯のおかずになります。
自由に飲んで良き冷茶は なぜか ルイボスティで
デドックス効果が抜群です。熱いお茶も出してくれます。
鯖の味噌煮がとってもおいしそうです。
次回は煮魚かな、 このエリア好みの一善飯屋的な
お店が多くてなやむとことです。
