今月に入って初めて銀座へと出かけてみますと…
大型の商業施設だけでなく並木通りや交詢社通りなどに面するお店もほとんどがお休みされていることからひっそりとしていまして、お昼をいただくお店を探すのもひと苦労であります
そんなときクラブなどが入るナイトレジャービルのエントラスで「お弁当は如何ですか」と頑張っているスタッフを見つけまして…

多くの商品を提供していた夜のメニューから厳選したというランチメニューには近江牛を使ったメンチカツやハンバーグ、それにステーキなど6品が並びます
そんな中から選んだのは「近江牛のハンバーグ定食」
提供まで15分弱の時間がかかりましたが、厚みがあるハンバーグには黒光する濃厚なデミグラスソースがかけられていまして…
正直なところお料理にはさほど期待をしていなかったのですが、そのビジュアルや香りに期待が高まります
ハンバーグはしっとりと焼き上げられていることから断面から滲み出る肉汁においしさを感じますし、粗めのメッシュであるミンチの歯ざわりにも満足でありますし…
お店でひいたものではないのでしょうが、ほろ苦さを感じるソースのほろ苦さもおいしくいただくことができました
マグカップで提供されたお味噌汁には大根や人参、キャベツといったお野菜がたっぷりと入っていますし、なんとベーコンまで
その旨みが出ているのか、味噌の香りとともにおいしくいただくことができました
食後に次のお約束まで少し時間ありましたので、もう少しゆっくりしていっても良いかと尋ねた際には「19:00まで営業してますからごゆっくり…」と、夜のお店らしくスナックまで出していただけたりと…
