昨夜は連れが予約してくれ、初めてのお店、汐留のイタリアン パリアッチョに行って来た。
ワンフロアーで、広くて、ゆったり。
昼時のランチタイムは、会社の人達で賑わっていそう。
夜は会社が終わり、活気がなくなるのか、静かだなぁ～
私達の後に入って来たグループの一人が、ソムリエ試験の練習なのか⁉️キッチリとした作法をしながら、ワインボトル片手に、お辞儀をしながら、仲間のグラスにワインを注ぐ姿が面白い。なんか、固い感じ、、、(苦笑)
私も一時期、ワインに凝って、講習会を受けに、ワイン教室に通ったなぁ～
今は、何でも飲むから、必要なくなっちゃった。( ´∀`)v
軽く飲むつもりが、またまた、ビールから始まり、スパークリングワイン、ハイボール、スクリュードライバー、赤ワインを飲んでしまった。( ´∀`)
ハイボールとスクリュードライバーが、特に美味しかったから、写真をパチリ。️✨
前菜の盛り合わせは、カプレーゼ、生ハム、セビーチェ、エスカビッシュ。タコが大きくて、嬉しい❗️
色々な野菜のバーニャカウダは、ロメインレタス、赤・黄色パプリカ、ルッコラ、ゴボウ？に似ている野菜、マッシュルーム、キャロット、セロリ、キュウリ、白カブ、赤カブ、ビーツ？に似ている野菜、エシャロット？に似ている野菜、全部で１３種類かな⁉️
凄い種類の野菜を頂いた。
新鮮で、甘いお野菜、辛みのあるお野菜は、バーニャカウダにつけて食べなくても、野菜の本来の美味しさを楽しめた❗️
頂きながら、先日行った栃木県の牧場やサファリパークの動物達を思い出した。(笑)
園内で野菜を買って、動物達にせっせと食べさせたけど、動物ちゃん達、こんなに美味しい野菜をいつも食べているんだなぁ～と、動物の気持ちになったような。( ´∀`)
そして、熱々の野菜のフリットを頂いた。
茄子、アスパラ、エリンギ、しいたけ、シメジ、熱々で程よくついた塩味が何とも美味しかった❗️
そして、最後に、アラビアータのピザを頂いた。タバスコがなかったので、辛みのオリーブオイルを持って来て頂いたら、丁度良いお味になった。
私は不足していないけど、今日のチョイスは、野菜不足の人にお勧めのメニューだね❗️♥️
次回は、Tボーンを食べに来たい。
