今回が初めてのコンラッド東京でのお食事でした。
前菜と一緒に頂いたオーストリア テラッセンのリースリングは、飲みやすく、とても美味しかったです。
リースリングは、品種や産地にもよりますが、フランスに比べて、ドイツやオーストリアの方がアルコール度数が低く飲みやすいので、お酒が弱い方でも飲みやすいと思います。
ドイツのリースリングは、甘めに造られているものも多いですが、今回のオーストリアのテラッセンのリースリングは、甘すぎず、前菜ともよく合いました。
お料理は全て美味しかったのですが、全体的に記憶に残るほどの美味しさではなかったような気がします。
