さて新橋飲み
一軒目微妙でしたが
なんならコチラが本命
以前から気になっていた
日本酒の熟成系のものが多いという
地上はどんちゃん騒ぎ
喧騒も喧騒ですが
ひとたび階段を降り
扉を開けると
そこは異世界
カウンターのみ6〜8席ほど
少々手狭な感じですが
だがそこがいい
独特な世界観のお店
どんな変わったヤバい店主かと思いきや
腰の低い丁寧なご主人
一見さんの自分にも色々お話しくださいましたが
こういう店は通った方がいいでしょうね
この日頂いた日本酒は
どちらも他所では飲めないヤバい酒
ロースト麹で仕込んだ日本酒
ようは黒ビールのように
麦芽の代わりに麹をローストして仕込む
全量ではない
今では普通の酒蔵で作ってる所は無く
クラフト酒系の所が少し作ってるようだ
焦げ感というか香ばしさというか
まあ日本酒にそれを求めるのはわからないけど
元禄時代の日本酒を再現したやつは
サービスだったっけな？
甘口
お通しというか
結構豪華
しかも美味しい
達磨正宗の熟成酒の
にごりの部分だけを甕に入れて熟成させたもの
円やかで実に美味しい
のだけど
上で騒いでる人たちに
この価値はなかなか分からんだろうなぁ
いやぁ良いお店でした
新橋に行く時はそんなに無いけど
行く時はまた寄ってみよう
