敢えて一品言うとすると、やはり肉かな。
注文すると、炭に丁寧に火を入れるんだ。そうだな、お茶の炉に入れるくらいのボリュームの炭に火を入れる。これも結構時間かかるよ。そして、鉄板で表面焼いたり、オーブンに入れて静かにおいて火をなんとも言えない微妙な感じに入れるんだ。これがそうだな20分くらいは焼いてるかな。出てくるのが写真のステーキだ。想像を少し超えると思うよ。因みにワインはムートンの2004年、イギリスのチャールズ国王が書いた絵がラベルだ。
