新橋にあるオイスターバー！夏に牡蠣って旬じゃないかな…と思いつつ店に入って生牡蠣、焼き牡蠣を注文するとプリップリの大ぶり牡蠣が降臨。絶品でした…！生牡蠣はもちろん美味しかったのですが、焼き牡蠣はどうやったらこんなに縮まないのか？というほど生に近いプリプリ感を残しつつ熱が通っていて本当に美味しい。ワイン等の牡蠣に合うお酒もあって大満足ですね！席数がそこまでないので混む時間帯は予約がおすすめ。仕事の飲み会というよりかはプライベートで楽しみたいお店でした…！ごちそうさまでした。
