去年、鴨料理専門店に足を運んでからすっかり鴨料理が好きになってしまい、
鴨料理、と書いてあるお店に自然を足が向いてしまうようになりました。
美味しい、だけでなく、ビタミンやミネラルも豊富で、ヘルシーな点も魅力。
今回同僚と訪れたのは、新橋駅から徒歩1分、
【いっ星】。
こちらでは京鴨すき鍋が楽しめると聞いて、
とても楽しみにしていました。
お店のオープンは16:30とのこと、
気合を入れて17:00に予約。
入店時は貸し切り状態でしたが、18:00頃にはあっという間に満席に。
これは予約して訪れるのが良さそう！
席はテーブル席、カウンター席、半個室の3種類。
私たちはカウンター席に通して頂きました。
時と場合によるけれど、カウンター席はやっぱり臨場感があって好き。
お料理を作っている姿って飽きないし、
手際の良さとかつい見入ってしまう。
今回オーダーしたのは、もちろん京鴨すき鍋（1人前￥2,560）。
こちらは2人前からオーダーできます。
京鴨のロース、もも肉、そして京野菜（ごぼう、白葱）、油揚げが入ったすき鍋。
お鍋全体に鴨の旨味が広がって、濃厚な味わいが楽しめました。
鴨肉の美味しさはもちろんのこと、
お野菜や油揚げにもじゅわっと旨味が染み込んでいて絶品…！
特に薄くスライスされたごぼう、
ごぼうの持つ旨味に鴨のお出汁がプラスされ得も言われぬ美味しさでした。
鴨鍋だけでお腹いっぱいになってしまったので他のメニューはオーダーしなかったのですが、
こちらのお店では手打ちそばも味わえるので、次回は京鴨の南蛮蕎麦を頼んでみたいと思っています。
