見ていたお店ですが、
はじめての訪問となりました。
馬刺しと馬肉のお店。
見ているだけで食欲がそそられるメニュー。
３人での訪問で
馬刺し５種盛り合わせ。
ボブリースペシャル
ホルモンの盛り合わせ？
を注文。
ドリンクは角ハイボールで。
ホルモンから。
これ病みつきになりそうなレベルの逸品。
ひとりでも食べられるほど激うまで、ホルモンが柔らかい！
馬刺しは厳選された部位を５種類。
新鮮な質がよくわかるほど、臭みもなく、
舌触りがシルクのような滑らかさ。
ボブリースペシャルは
ステーキの盛り合わせ的な一品。
ヒレ、サーロイン、ランプの３種類の部位を
一口サイズにカットしてくれています。
サイズも食べやすく、味比べもしつつおいしくいただきました。
一番の好みはサーロインかな？
久々の会で、ちょっと飲みすぎ
