食べログで発見してしまいました、シャンパン鍋。
気になって行ってきました。
落ち着いた店内に、プリーツがかわいく入ったコックコート？シャツ？を着た大将。
ちょっと色々聞いてみると「シャンペン」って言ってた。
「シャンペン鍋」と言い直そうか迷いつつ、1番安いシャンペンでスタート。
半分シャンペン飲んで、残りは鍋へ。
アワビ、カキ、ハマグリ、アサリが入ります。
エシャロット入れただけの鍋もいいんですが、その後のミルクと白みその混ざったのを入れた後がめちゃ美味しい。
パン付けたら凄く合います。
最後はパスタでなく、ご飯で。
パスタにしたらよかったな〜と後悔しながら美味しくいただきました！
