この店のゆるい常連である友人に「一度勉強のために行ったほうが良い」と半ば強制的に連れていかれたもの。
【雰囲気】
元は横浜の老舗料亭だったのがとある理由でコチラに越してきたという店らしい。
落ち着いた調度品に静かなカウンター。
隅にポツンと店と似つかわしくない若い女性が一人で飲んでいたりするのは場所柄か。
【料理】
次々と盆に出される突き出しはどれも酒の旨さを十二分に引き立てる。
トマトジュースだというのに澄んでいたり、ハモの薄作りなのに骨が一切無いという謎多き品が、今でも頭を悩ませている。
ちなみに画像はいちじくを器に入れてラップをかけてチンしたもので、この店で教わったもの。
