It's a ``champagne pot'' that I saw on TV a long time ago and was curious about. I thought the champagne was a waste, but the hot pot was really delicious. Champagne, fresh Oyster, and clams go perfectly together. The simple soup stock made from shellfish and champagne brought out the flavor of the ingredients very well, and the final dish was an exquisite creamy pasta. You need to order 7,000 yen or 12,000 yen of champagne separately for the 10,000 yen course. I drank half the champagne and used the other half for the pot. The courses were in the following order: Assorted Appetizers Assorted Simmered dish Sashimi Champagne hot pot Dessert It was a simple course, but the champagne hot pot was surprisingly filling and I was very satisfied. I enjoyed the luxurious and bubbly feeling of pouring champagne into a clay pot.
