日本酒に拘ったお店を紹介して頂き訪問しました。
お料理は12,000円のコースを選択。
日本酒の品揃えが豊富で特に凱陣が多く揃っているように思いました。
スタートは凱陣令和３年仕込みから始まり、その後は、店主のおススメや飲み方など拘りを伺いながら愉しみました。
なかでも
20年寝かせた日本酒、ウイスキーとブレンドした日本酒、純米大吟醸の飲み比べ等は、日本酒を存分に堪能できます。
飲みすぎて曖昧ところはありますが、旨い肴・酒、楽しい時間でした。
