We made a last-minute phone reservation and visited with 5 people around 10pm on a weekday. It seemed like the previous customer had just left, so it was reserved. I ordered 2 pieces of horse sashimi, mustard lotus root, overnight dried millet, Takana rice, 2 bottles of shochu, etc. It was a one-off operation by the general, and the response was polite. The taste is also quite good.
