I made a reservation and visited because the horse sashimi was delicious. First, I started with the horse meat liver sashimi. It had no odor at all and was so delicious. I ordered various horse sashi parts including the mane, and they were all delicious! The karashi lotus root, mustard greens, and shochu sauce are all delicious. Ramen at the end has garlic chips in it, and the soup is homemade, so it's sure to become a popular Ramen shop (lol) If you want horse sashimi, this is the place.
