12:50入店。先客は一組、空いている。上質な空間。12本コース3500円を注文。どれも品よくうまい。毎朝築地で仕入れる季節の食材を使い、メニュー月ごとに代わるという。次は15本でもいけそう。
平日、有給を取った日にのお昼、近くに良い店はないかと探していて見つけたお店。
当日でも予約できるかと不安だったが、すんなり予約出来て一安心。
食事後に分かったことだが、食べるのに90分ほどかかった...
串揚げの12本コース。
串揚げは油切れも良く全くもたれなかった。素材も良くフォアグラなども良いものを使ってる様に感じ食感もトロトロで美味しかった。
締めの炊き込みご飯、今回はアスパラガスであったが...
