本店は大阪。パリにも支店がある。本店は2018年までミシュラン★となっていた(現在は掲載外)。兵庫・芦屋の「あ~ぽん」で修行。ランチは3,800円から、夜の高級串コースは20,000円と、内容に幅がある。高級串のコースでは、フォアグラやキャビア、築地「やま幸」のマグロなど、高級食材を使った串が出る。揚げ油はラードと綿実油のブレンド油を使用。オプションの「ヒレカツサンド」名物。
