串カツと言えば、大阪のソウルフードの1つで、安くて美味しくてお腹いっぱいになると言うイメージ。
しかし、大阪では何点かミシュランで星を取るような串カツ屋さんもあって、こちらの串カツ凡さんは、その一つ。大阪の本店は、ミシュラン星。
どんな店だろうと期待に胸を膨らませて休日の昼に訪れました。ちょっと昔ですが、写真と感想をあげます。
結論としては、串カツと言うので、イメージする。脂っこい料理と言うのは全く当てはまらず、クリエイティブな串料理の数々に、参加者一同大変満足していました。
野菜のうまみも引き出してますし、肉も魚も使われていて、いろんな食材を楽しむことができます。
今、世界で和食の中で串料理と言えば焼き鳥、揚げ物と言えば天ぷらですが、いつかこのような串揚げ料理が、それらと肩を並べる日も来るんじゃないかと予感させる、それほどおいしい料理の数々でした。
