大阪に本店があるらしく、ミシュラン店だと言うことは前から知っていて今回初来店。
ハーフカツサンド付きコースランチで6900円。
結論から言うと最高。
感動した、串カツの概念が変わった、こんなに美味しい串カツ初めて、店内の雰囲気良い、また来たいと私以外の口からもその言葉の数々が出てきた。人に喜ばれるお店、感激してしまうお店が串カツ店でというので新たな発見に驚く。
目の前で新鮮で変わった食材、食感、味付けでそれぞれの素材の味も生かしつつ見た目も美しい上品な串カツは軽くてパクパクいけてしまう。
カツサンドは絶品、是非食べてほしい。
お昼はコース、夜はオーダーストップ制らしいがメニューが違うとのこと。
是非夜も行ってみたいワクワクするお店で感動しました。こんなに美味しくてこの値段、ランチがいかにお得かも実感。普通のランチに比べると高いが、美味しすぎたので高くないという評価。
