色々なジャンルで見かけるようになった俺の〇〇系レストラン。
初めて利用したのが、俺のスパニッシュさんです。
お店は超満員、予約必須です。バルさながらで、人でごった返してました。
かなり賑やかで、声張らないと会話が難しいくらいです。
料理がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
超満員なのも納得。
スキレットのオムレツはボリューミーでフワフワ。これは大正解。
意外だったのは、卵黄が落としてある具沢山アヒージョ。これは他店で見たことがなかったです。
卵黄のまろやかさがアヒージョに合ってました。
シメのパエリアは魚介の旨みがギュッと凝縮された絶品。このお店に来たらぜひ注文することをおすすめします✨
アラカルトで注文しましたが、どれもこれも外れなく大当たりでした。
他の俺の〇〇シリーズも行ってみたくなりました。
