東京・銀座の串焼き屋さん。
銀座で飲んだ後、新橋へ帰る途中に遭遇。
明るい雰囲気のお店に惹かれ入店。
どうやら串焼き屋さんのようです。。。
《焼肉串ろっきー》の炊肉串です。
お洒落なL字のカウンターの焼鳥屋さんのようなお店。
壁一杯にお酒の瓶が飾られてます。
目の前の厨房で焼き上げているのは焼き鳥のような串焼き。
ただ焼き鳥屋さんでは無く、鳥に限らずお肉なら何でも焼いてしまうようです。
いくつかお酒のお供に注文。串焼きは１本から注文から可能です。
・炙り牛レバー218円
ふんわり焼き上げられたレバー。ミディムレアに焼かれたレバーはトロトロ。
臭みも無く、肉厚なレバーは旨いです。特製のタレも良い加減です。
・塩タン218円
広めのタンにはネギ塩タレが乗っています。
その味わいはまさに「タン塩」。ジューシーで美味しいです。
・牛ハラミ218円
噛むとジュワっと肉汁が溢れるハラミの旨味。
甘辛の醤油ダレとの相性場抜群な肉の王様の味です。
１つ１つが大きく食べ応えも満点で、かつ絶妙な焼き加減。
それぞれの部位の旨味を存分に感じる事が出来ます。
今宵は3次会での訪問であまり食べる事が出来ませんでした、
次回はガッツリ！
