薬膳鍋のお店。
週末に女子会でお伺い。
友人が3時間飲み放題付きベーシックコース6500円を予約してくれました。
新橋駅から徒歩5分程度のビルの5F。ワンフロア全部を使っているのでめちゃめちゃ広い！！
女性好みする綺麗なお店でした。
いただいたコース

何にびっくりってお野菜の量が凄い！
しかも新鮮で瑞々しい！
お鍋は少しぴりりと辛いデトックス発酵鍋とコラーゲン入りの若返り鍋の二種類。
だからかー。ゲストは全員女性でした♪笑。
まずはきのこから食べてくださいと説明書き。
続けて野菜、お肉、最後に〆の麺を～だそう。
野菜はサニーレタスや白菜のほかにさつまいもや長芋、ズッキーニやかぼちゃも。
全然減らないねといいつつ、食べきれた野菜。
どっちのスープが好きとか話しながらいただいていたらあっという間。
飲み放題のドリンクは珍しい薬膳酒がたくさん。
薬膳スパークリングやザクロ酒のソーダ割をいただきましたが、甘いものが苦手なので
最後は百歳酒をソーダ割で。漢方臭がぷんぷんでドライ。気に入りました。
後半はお肉をしゃぶしゃぶ。でてくる灰汁はとってはいけないそうです。
〆のちぢれ麺、これももちもちして美味しかったです。
3時間飲み放題は長すぎ？と思いましたが、あっという間。
とはいえ、お鍋でお腹がいっぱいでそうそうアルコールは進みませんでした。
最後にお茶を色々頼んでシェア。ミントティーでほっこり。
兎にも角にも体に良いものを久しぶりにたっくさんいただき、リセット。
こういう食事をいただく機会も大事かと。
野菜は少なくなるそうですが、ランチもお得らしいので次回はランチ！？
