Wine Bar operated by SAPPORO located in Ginza Corridor Street. Italian Cuisine style interior is a bit stylish, and it's a place where you can enjoy a nice atmosphere with a glass of wine. Here, you have the advantage of being able to enjoy premium Japanese wine called Grand Polaire by the glass. I was intrigued to see wines available by the glass, which are only available in bottles at other stores, so I decided to visit. Table charge is 440 yen (free for standing and course meal orders). This time, I ordered the following to have a light drink and snack. Ordering is done from the menu on a tablet.・Polestar (sparkling wine) 680 yen ・Esprit de Vin Japonais Aya 680 yen ・Meat-stuffed mushroom frit 640 yen ・Liver pâté 750 yen *All prices exclude tax First, toast with sparkling wine. It's not as carbonated as champagne, but it's dry and easy to drink, making it perfect for a first glass. For the food, start with the liver pate. There is a large amount of patties compared to the number of baguette, so you can have a pile of patties and eat luxuriously. Although it has a slight liver smell, it goes well with wine and is delicious. And the meat-stuffed mushrooms were a hit. The filling is filled with meat and other fillings, fried crispy, and the flavor explodes in your mouth when you eat it in one bite. The mushrooms are also meaty, and it's quite filling for one person. It tasted like it would go well with either white or red. At the end, we have a glass of Grand Polaire red wine. Although it didn't have the richness of French wine, it was refreshing and had a deep umami flavor, and it was a delicious wine that gave me a glimpse of the potential of Japanese wines to look forward to in the future. If it costs around 3,000 yen for a drink for one person, it's within the acceptable range in Ginza. If you are visiting in a group, you can share the meal and it will be even more reasonable. It depends on how you drink and eat, but the average budget is around 4000 yen. I can recommend both the wine and the food, and I will be coming back here again.
