銀座８丁目の地下にありますオシャレ焼肉店のランチは1000円〜。前日から公式を拝見し仮決めしたのは「玄米牛そぼろピビンバ 1,000円 4種の自家製ナムルの程良い酸味に、そぼろのアクセントが相性抜群です。〈キムチ・スープ付〉」ですが、店頭メニューは、焼肉以外に「牛肉丼卵なし1000円」や「玄米ピビンパ￥1,000（スープ、キムチ、ドリンク付き）」等少し異なり、焼肉グリル間仕切アベックシートに案内され、「玄米ピビンパ」を頼みます。ビールもあるドリンクからは、烏龍茶。ここで前金ですが、キャッシュレス決済は可能で、二重に心地よい音楽を聴きながら待ちます。しかしながら、大声会食客４名が背後に案内され、感染リスクが懸念された入店６分で来ましたお盆には、丼、スープ、缶入り烏龍茶、直置きのスプーンと箸。キムチは別小皿。冷やして、封を切って下さった不織布オシボリに感謝してから、直置きスプーンと箸を拭いて、頂きましたスープは韓国風です。玄米ピビンパにも牛そぼろらしきモノもあり、ご飯は少なめながら、ナムルを楽しめます。会食客に鑑み、烏龍茶は残しますが、その他は味も分からないくらい、早食いし、退散致します。
