東京出張のランチは、内幸町近辺で取ることになりました。
選んだお店は「とんかつ酒菜くら」さんです。
ちょうどお昼の12時を回ったところで、わたしがお店に着くと、前に５人ほどが待たれていました。
割と回転は速く、10分も待たずに入店することができました。
わたしが選んだのは、
ロースかつ定食100ｇ（1,000円）にアジフライ１枚（350円）を追加。
100ｇって小さいかと思いましたが、意外と大きいですね。
ロースかつは柔らかくてジューシーです。
そして、脂肪の甘みがとても美味しい！
アジフライも身が厚くふわふわで食べ応えがあります。
あきらかにカロリーオーバーになってしまいましたが、その分、昼からの仕事もがんばります！
