新橋、緊急事態宣言下のサンデー・ランチ。俄雨まで重なり、選択肢は僅少ですが、食べログ公式の表記では休業中にも思える、駅地下から出たら目の前にあるビルの４階の中華料理店は実際には営業中。日替りランチもあり、エレベーターのボタンを触り、店頭のアルコール消毒を拝借致し、検温をクリアしますと、ソーシャル・ディスタンシングできる席に案内して下さいます。担々麺フェアが気になりながらも、日替りランチ(回鍋肉と焼売)1250円を頼みますと、お冷とお茶ポットが用意され、会食客の存在に不安を感じながらも、駅前のポケモンジムに参加し、気を紛らわして待ちますこと１８分でトレイが来ます。日替りランチの正式名称は「料理長おすすめ日替り料理セット」で、スープは、榎茸と卵、日替り料理は、シメジ茸入りの回鍋肉で、辛く味付けしてあり、平田牧場三元豚ながら硬いですが、気に入りました。日替り小皿は、点心で、焼売。味が付いているので、調味料は無く、１個が寂しいです。玄米の選択も可のご飯は、白米を選びましたが少量です。和え物は、細切り豆腐？で、新橋の人気餃子店の前菜に似ています。ありきたりの杏仁豆腐等は無く、滞在時間４０分で、キャッシュレス決済致しました。
