汐留シティセンター42階の最高層レストラン。
ランチタイムは和食の方がややカジュアルに利用しやすいが、この日はこれまで機会のなかった米国肉を扱っているこちらのお店を利用してみることに。
せっかくなので、予約時からコースメニューをセレクト。松坂ポーククリルのコース。サラダ、スープ、ブレッド、メイン、デザートの５品。
サラダは海鮮系で海老など大ぶりの素材が特徴的。スープは夏の時期にあう冷製でさわやかに。ブレッドは焼き立てふわふわでこだわりを感じる、ホイップバターのセレクトもよい。
メインの松坂ポークは厚みもさながら、ボリュームのわりにすっとナイフが通って柔らかい。ガーリックと濃いめのソースがしつこくもなく、ランチ時には程よい。
デザートはあっさりお口直しができ、コーヒー付き。
全面ガラスの圧巻の景色。皇居側の緑がよくみえ、サービスも行き届いている。全体的に満足感が高く、ゆったりとした時間が過ごせるよいところ。
