新橋駅の近くに小籠包がお手頃なお店を見つけてランチ訪問。中華料理店は基本的にメニュー数が迷うほど多いものですが、本当に多い。
メインのある定食だけでなく、麺料理や米料理がメインのセット、しかもオプションもいろいろと。
○小籠包定食
一番シンプルな小籠包定食。
本来ランチは4個のところ、ちょっと足りないかなと2個追加してもらって、6個でお願いしました。
サラダ、スープ、ザーサイ、ご飯、デザート付き。
メインのある定食もオプションで小籠包2個を付けられるらしく、小籠包はこちらのお店のイチオシだけに、皮がきちんとしています。
点心師の方の技術が良いということ。
ただ、小籠包の中のスープがちょっとモタっとしている印象。というわけで、悪くないけど、好みとは言えないかもしれない。
小籠包をお昼から頂けるのはありがたいですね。
そして店内のBGMが80年代シティポップだったのが印象的でした。最近海外で流行っていると聞いてるけど、お店の方の好みなんでしょうね。
