個室の店を探して訪問しました。
引き戸が付いている個室が多く、プライベート空間が保てます。
注文したのは
・クリアアサヒ ５５０円
・赤ワイン（グラス） ４９０円
お通しの冷製茶碗蒸しで４２０円でした。
料理は
・本日のお造り ９９０円
・鹿児島産親鶏のタタキ ６９０円
・新鮮野菜のエスニックサラダ ６９０円
・次郎鶏ラーメン ８９０円
注文が終わり、直ぐに付き出しは出てきましたが、提供が遅めですね。
待っている間に茶碗蒸しを食べましたが塩味が濃いのでノドが沸きます。
本日のお造り
ハマチ、タイ、サーモンが３切れづつで、鮮度はイマイチかな。
鹿児島産親鶏のタタキ
親鶏だからか食感は固めでシットリしています。
冷蔵庫から出したてのように冷たい舌触り。
新鮮野菜のエスニックサラダ
サニーレタスとカットトマトのサラダで、温玉がポンっと乗っています。
サウザンドレッシングにカレーパウダーを入れたような味でした。
次郎鶏ラーメン
スープがヌルイのはイマイチ。
具材は胸肉のボイル、笹ギリねぎ、糸唐辛子で味噌が薄めの味噌バターのような味ですが
こちらも塩味が強い。
お酒を出す店なので、味付けは濃くなるのはなんとなく解りますが、突き出しから塩辛いのは
いかがなものかと思います。
味付けも個人的にはあいませんでした。
