肉会＠新橋。
今回は牛たんしゃぶしゃぶを食して参りました。
新橋駅からSL広場を抜け徒歩2分ほどの飲食ビル6Ｆにあるお店です。
入口から奥へすうっと伸びた廊下の脇に格子扉の個室が並んだ様は武家屋敷のよう。
4名での利用でしたが6人用くらいの広めの個室に案内していただきました。
乾杯生はエクストラゴールド♪
予約したコースにはデフォで飲み放題が付いているのですが+料金でこのエクストラゴールドや銘柄焼酎、日本酒なども選べるプレミアム飲み放題にランクアップしておいたのでした。

メインのたんしゃぶ以外にも豪華食材の料理がめじろ押し♪
刺し盛りは真鯛、マグロ、カツオの三点盛りのところ偶々入荷したという朝獲れ生シラスもサービスで付いてました。
もう嬉しすぎる！
ローストビーフはしっとり柔らかで和風のグレービーソースも美味しい～
ふぐはさっくりと揚がって味の染みたホクホクの身がたっぷりついています。
こんなにいいのかしら？というくらいの贅沢食材シリーズ。
たんしゃぶのスープは牛テール、辛味、和風の3種から選べて満場一致で辛味で。
念のため店員さんにお勧めを伺ったらやはり辛味とのこと。
ポン酢や胡麻ダレにピリッしたスパイスが加わりいい感じでした。
やっぱり辛味スープ正解！
薄切りの牛タンは適度な噛みごたえで肉の旨みが味わえます。
野菜や〆のラーメンも出汁の効いたスープがたっぷり絡んで美味しく食べられました。
デザートは獺祭酒粕アイスクリーム。
酒粕の芳醇な香りと味わいがもう酒好きにはもう堪らない美味しさです。
普段デザートは要らない派なんですがこれは食べられて良かった！
ドリンクは好きな芋焼酎とかメニューに乗っていない日本酒も出していただけたり、ランクアップ分の元が充分に取れました。（笑）
お酒好きな方はやっぱりプレミアム飲み放題がお勧めです。
帰り際に偶々お店の責任者の方とお話しする機会があり牛タンや出汁についての拘りや仕入れのご苦労などを伺いました。
今回頂いたコースの充実感もそうした企業努力で成り立っていることを実感します。
裏話を伺って感動もひとしお、大満足でお店を後にしたのでした。
